Ironman Total Support Premium Insoles

I am 27 and since the lockdown have had to run outside (rather than on a treadmill) I didn't think id notice a difference but I experienced shin splints, after trying compression socks my next shot was to try some insoles, these didn't look like much, they're very slim, so I was dubious as to if they were going to actually help, but literally as soon as I started running I noticed a difference, It made running outside easy and less painful by about 98%!They're not exactly cheap but you get what you pay for and they are well well worth the money!

I have size 13.5 feet. had to trim a couple of mils to fit, then fitted perfectly. Bought these for my pt03 trail runners to do the Devon two moors coast to coast 120 mile walk carrying full gear. I am prone to blisters and was looking for a more supportive insole than the standard. Have to say these felt a bit weird and uncomfortable, not being used to the high arch support and heel cup. For the whole walk I was very conscious they were there...but....along with some foot prep not a single blister in 120 miles, despite wet feet and socks for a fair part of it. My feet and ankles ached less than on other (often shorter hikes) and they stayed in shoe with no slippage or movement. Am convinced these were a huge contributing factor to me not having to hobble along with blood soaked bandage swathed feet as in the past. Brilliant!

I bought these for my Meindl mountaineering boots to replace the Meindl Air Active insoles that had basically had it from overuse. I was definitely wary about a full sorbothane insole as know from past experience that these can be so thick you lose half to one boot size. So I got the THIN Ironman insoles. There were no fit issues and socks did not have to be modified for thinner ones. The insoles went straight in without trimming (size 44 boots) and I went straight up Mt Fuji. The performance of the insoles was very good and feet were not bruised/sore in any way (and the volcanic rock on Fuji is very punishing). I think full thickness insoles would have made the boots too tight though - they'd be the ideal choice if your boots were a bit too roomy and needed a bit of space taking up.

These insoles are superb. It really helps in stability though a little on the expensive side. My arch no longer hurts during and after sports! 1 star has been taken away because it is a little too thin and does not provide much cushioning. Highly recommended!

Insoles arrived within the times specified and were as described. They are comfortable and fitted into shoes of the same size without any need for trimming.

Bought these insoles after suffering with pf after upping my run mileage. I have previously tried other makes and found them too thick for my foot to fit inside my trainers without them being too tight but no such problems with these thins excellent arch support, excellent fit and excellent service.
