Wow this book was amazing, I was hooked from the first chapter.I was drawn in and transported right into this changed world, this book fully captured my imagination. As with Heather's previous books, I really loved the characters and connected with Cricket and her unfamiliar lifestyle. This was really well written and a really hard book to put down and I ended up reading well into the early hours of the morning.I am eagerly awaiting the next book in this series, please don't make me wait too long!

A very good read and well worth it have not made up my mind as to who is the hero yet so I had best get on and read another one when time allows

Nice easy read good story and subject matter i hope to find out how it all started and who started it? Bring on book two.

Ok but not as I expected.

Not finished it yet but I'm struggling to get into it.

I really couldn't put this down! Exceptionally well written it really draws you into the characters lives. I hope we get to hear more about west and cricket!

This book was really not my scene as I am not into sci fi or futuristic novels so I actually gave up. From the original star rating it is obviously a very good read for those who like this genre
