Tastykake Fresh Pies - Apple, Cherry, Lemon, Blueberry, French Apple, & More - 6 Pack (Blueberry)

A lot of fruit in these pies, much cheaper than grocery prices.

French Apple was my fav tastykake fruit pie as a kid. I pretty much like all tasykakes unless they had coconut in them. I will say that since Flowers bought tastykake back in 2011 the products have gotten smaller and more expensive. Still haven’t seen the fruit pies here in Ohio but my hope is that with flowers having bakeries all across the country then the rest of us outside of southeastern pa can enjoy the only product that tastykake makes with and expiration date on it. I called tastykake in 2011 and asked why they didn’t offer the fruit pies for sale via their website and they said it was due to 2 reasons.1. The expiration date and the product expiring before it reached the customer and 2.the shipping companies destroying the product and compromising the quality. I will say that today is 1/24/24 and these 6 pies supposedly expire on 1/29/24. Believe me, they’ll be consumed way before then. Believe it or not these were shipped via USPS and the shipping box is pristine and all the pies were wrapped in bubble wrap. They are in one piece which is a miracle.

Grew up in South Jersey. These are a delicious taste of home.

This is my favorite pie Flavor. Will buy more if they come on time like they say and not take weeks to get here.

The pies taste great, but the size of the pie is about half. The price has gone up. These are not the same ones that I got back on the East coast.

I had totally forgotten about these pies until an old friend brought them up. I used to get them when I was a kid from the local variety store. I was excited to see these listed. I ordered (6) Coconut Creams. I received them with a use by window of (5) days, totally doable. They were packed nicely and arrived in great condition. I put (4) in the freezer and (2) in the fridge. They may be just a tiny bit smaller and of course more expensive but...OMG...AWESOME! Tasted the same as they always did. These are on my list now. When I want a bonafide treat I will spoil myself! Thank You Tastykake for not "improving" them and just keeping them the same the way they should be. And Thank You to everyone who gives us the opportunity to still enjoy a Classic!

What can I say, I love Tastykakes. I have been unable to purchase the products where I live now. I was really happy when I found them on Amazon!
