I've bought several grounding products over there past few months (some for myself and some for others), and I think this one is my favorite so far.I had been sleeping with a grounding mat in my bed, but decided that I would rather use the mat under my desk during the day. I looked into grounding pillow cases, so that I can stay grounded at night, and this combo fit the bill.This has everything you need, and the pillow case is plenty big -- much larger than my memory foam pillow. I like having a coiled cord, so that it doesn't trail beside the bed and get sucked up by the vacuum cleaner. I sleep with the perforated side of the case against my face -- keeps the surface from becoming uncomfortably warm. Easy to clean, too, just with the wipe off a damp cloth.

I’ve been using this pillow for a little over a month and I have had a noticeable decrease in my ongoing elbow pain that has been bothering me for the last 6 months. The difference is undeniable. It took some getting used to due the material but I’m so glad I did. Not to mention the handy outlet tester that it came with also helped me properly identify which outlets in my home were grounded. Very helpful.

I like to ground for exercise recovery and health and always notice a difference if I don't. This pillowcase is an affordable way to ground and comes with the socket tester to ensure safety, the socket adapter, cord and pillowcase. One star off for the pillowcase not being as comfortable as a regular case and for best effect, you should be in skin contact with the product and not use a pillowcase unless you have enough water vapor or sweat from your face/neck to make the connection through the pillowcase to the surface of this product. It still worked on my meter but it wasn't as good as direct skin to product contact. Ended up taking out the pillow, draping it over the seat of my chair at work and now I have a way of staying grounded during work hours. Tested this with a meter and it does ground as expected. I like that this is portable and can be used in a variety of ways. Seems durable in construction and has held up well over the month and a half of testing.

Earth and moon products work exceptionally well. I had been grounding in my yard with good very results, but that's not always convenient due to weather etc., I needed an indoor option. I hadn't grounded for a while. I was a little sceptical at first, not sure that I'd get the same results. To my surprise after using the pillowcase the first night I felt more relaxed and calmer. I also noticed the swelling in my feet had subsided. I am very pleased with the results and happy the this product.

I had hopes that this would have at least one benefit, but I haven't found one yet. The cover can't go in the wash and the cord doesn't reach the outlet from the bef.

I want to like this, but they make me super hot when I sleep. Your body temperature raises with these on the bed and on the pillows it’s gotten to the point where I’m ready to take them off and toss them in the closet.

The weird plastic-like material against my head cancels out any potential benefits from a grounding pillowcase. Not for me.
