i'm using it with my protein shake. it gives me a little more energy with less recovery time. the capsules are tasteless. packaging was OK.

I guess this stuff works. I had to stop taking it because it was giving me crazy nightmares. The nightmares stopped a few days after not taking so I can only assume that it took that time to flush out my system. Don't ever want to experience that again.
