PYY Warming Cabinet Commercial Hot Box Food Warmer 450

We bought this mainly to keep food warm when we are entertaining, for foods like smoked meats and macaroni & cheese. It works very well, with a few caveats. 1) It doesn't fit 2 half-size aluminum pans on one shelf. There's a good amount of wasted space. It will fit a half pan plus a 1/3 pan. 2) It's rather large. We didn't have room for it in our kitchen, but it works well on a covered deck. 3) The bottom shelf is extra warm and we've burned some food leaving it there too long.Overall, we're satisfied with this and have adjusted to its limitations.
