I bought this printer in a whim. I didn't used to do much shipping and when I did, I would have to wait until I was in my office to print them as I didn't have a printer at home. When I started a hobby that involved buying, selling and trading items with other people, I was hindered by having to print address labels or shipping labels at work. Yes, I could have written some of the addresses out by hand but I have atrocious handwriting and I wanted the items I sent to not only look nice but actually get where they're supposed to go. So I searched up portable printers and that lead me here. No, this is not a portable printer, but after shopping around I realized I didn't want something portable. This printer is fantastic. Setup was literally plug in and go. The application took about 3 minutes to get familiar with and everything is pretty simple to use and understandable. It is extremely customizable incorporating things like borders and various fonts and images. I had an opportunity recently to help a friend troubleshoot a problem they were having with their new thermal printer (different brand) and their printer was no where near as nice and customizable as this printer from Omezizy. I kind of felt bad for her since neither of us were able to fix her problem and she ended up having to work with their tech support to fix it. It made me appreciate mine even more for being so user friendly. I also love that you're able to set your label dimensions in not only inches but mm as well since a lot of the labels are sized in mm. The print quality is flawless. In the 6 months I've used it I've yet to have any issues with print quality and the one and only time I had any kind of issue was when I changed label sizes for the first time, it was printing off of the label but a quick search on their website fixed it (totally my fault btw, I didn't change the printer settings to print on the new sized label). One of my absolute favorite features is the Bluetooth!! I don't have to lug it out and hook it up each time I want to print! The only issue I have isn't even an issue with the device but more an annoyance, is when I have to switch rolls to a different size or type of label. Don't get me wrong it's not complicated at all it's just annoying to have to switch back and forth back and forth between sizes 5, 7, 10 times in an hour or so when I'm packing things I've sold or traded. I wish the paper roller piece that holds the rolls of labels were available to purchase separately so I could just keep them on a spindle and drop it in and go but unfortunately they're not avaliable to purchase. I have reached out to the company directly and their customer service has been incredibly quick to respond and very kind and helpful with any questions I've had. This device turned out to be probably the 4th most used device in my daily life. The thing I never knew I needed until I got it and now I find ways to use it every day even outside of printing shipping labels.

I replaced my old printer with this one, and it’s been a significant improvement. It’s easy to use with both my phone and Mac. Although I haven’t tried it with Windows, I believe it will work just as well. My only issue is that I have to locate and add the printer each time I want to print, but once connected, it prints within seconds. This setup works fine for me, but it might be inconvenient for someone who prints frequently throughout the day. On the bright side, the printer is quickly found and prints efficiently. While the software could use some enhancements, it seems perfect for infrequent users like myself.Also I used it on wireless only. So it might be different if you are connected through cable.

I made a great buying with this printer. A space saver printer for my label printing necessities, Installation and setting up the printer was easy.Package was sturdy and strong, I have no complain.The printer material is solid and deliver a good printer quality.I would recommend it because it is a good product for that price.

Printer is great quality and easy to use. Service was amazing. I had an issue and contacted customer service. Turned out to be user error. But service figured it out quickly and helped me quickly. Bought a second printer. Highly recommend for shipping labels.

So annoyed with this printer. It worked great the first month then it started jamming and doing things like only printing half the page. I would trouble shoot by trying to find videos or get help but had a hard time finding anything. There is no website to contact support which is crazy to me. Makes me feel like I got scammed. Unfortunatly I think it is too late for me to return this but I am going to find a way to because it is affecting my business. I wasted so much printer paper just trying to fix my issues that never resolved. Terrible printer and will not be purchasing from this brand again.

The printer connected to the app easily but it didn't print very well. Top pic is its quality and bottom is my current Dymo 450XL. The Dymo has its own issue but it print cleanly. This printer is also very large.Update to add Omezizy excellent customer service. They have reached out to me to work on troubleshooting the printing quality with different settings and font types. Overall, printing with labels created from the phone app has some limitations but it does create legible printed labels that would work for most printing purposes. 2nd photo is reprint after troubleshooting.

This is a great little printer. And it was so easy and quick to set up! It also came with some 4x6 labels, so I was able to start printing right away. It's extremely compact, does a great printing job, and comes in multiple colors (I got mine in turquoise).

Super easy to use, once you get the labels lined up properly. It needs to be just right in order to work, but prints quickly and efficiently. Love that I no longer need to buy ink!

I picked up a D520BT for my small shop. It turned out to be a bit larger than I expected, but it still has a reasonable footprint.The printer has a good capacity for label stickers, especially with the ability to back-feed folded labels, and I wanted to see how easy it would be to navigate the native app. I found the app to be a bit challenging to use, but it was okay. When initially calibrating the stickers, it spits out a couple of extra blank sheets, but that's fine if you're setting up regular label printing and not changing papers often.The Bluetooth connection was simple, and I could easily find the app for my tablet in Google Play. We've been transitioning away from Windows operating systems and computers, and I've been trying to use tablets and phones more.I found it reasonably easy to use, although I had difficulty selecting the label printer as an option directly in PDF readers. Instead, I had to download the finished PDF and then go back into the printer app to access the document. Once it's in PDF format, it's relatively easy and accurate to set up for printing.The printer is extremely fast compared to other thermal printers I've used. For a 4x6 format label printer, it has a decent footprint and is very quick to set up. There were just a few extra steps needed to print a label, but nothing unusual. Only time will tell if the print head will last a long time, but I expect to get a decent lifespan out of this printer.

Replaced my printer from a popular brand that also does thermal shipping labels because I was sick of having to plug it into my laptop every time I needed to print my shipping labels for work. Specifically got this one because I can print via Bluetooth which means not having to take my laptop over to my printers every time I need to print. Works perfectly. The one time it messed up was because of my laptop, not the printer, and the customer service via email was excellent. Also really handy that you can put the roll of paper inside the printer instead of needing a separate holder for it, saves a lot of space on the shelf. Should I need a second printer in the future for any reason, i'd happily order this again!

The D520BT Thermal Shipping Label Printer is just the right thing for me. It’s small and easy to use, makes it so convenient for me. Not only is it good for shop but for your home too. The set up is super simple, and looks so much more professional than regular papers or sticker. I was able to make so many labels and stickers with this, you do get a good amount of the sticker roll. It’s great for things like returning products and printing the return label, also for barcodes, which makes it great for small shops or businesses. I was also able to make labels for home items, like labeling spices and storage containers. Also helped with labeling kids bags.It also makes things I sell look more professional, just a simple sticker can help with giving a positive impression.It is a thermal laser printer so thermal paper is required but no inks needed!Overall I love how easy it was to set up, using apps or laptop, makes it so convenient. I liked how much you can do with this. Just makes everything more efficient.

The webpage photos of the Omezizy D520-BT thermal label printer are a little deceptive. In these it looks very similar to many small battery operated thermal printers on the market but it is very different, being a sizeable 174mm x 155mm x 215mm. The printer is mains powered and connects to a PC by either Bluetooth or a USB-A cable; it is also supplied with a USB-C to A converter. If preferred the printer can connect to a mobile using Bluetooth. It has an on/off switch at the back and an indicator light on the top.Paper can be placed inside the printer or stored behind the printer and fed through the back. There is a roll holder that is compatible with a 25mm diameter core. Unlike many label printers it is not tied to a particular brand of labels. It has taken every label type I have tried within the range of 25mm to 105mm wide. The printer can be fed with continuous labels inside the machine or fanfold labels fed through the back. Linking with either a PC using USB or a mobile using Bluetooth is straightforward and the printer swaps between the two seamlessly.This sort of printer is dependent on quality software to be useful. Two options are available, a mobile or a PC app. Both are flexible and easy to use. I have only discovered one bug with the desktop app, which is that if a file is renamed the program misidentifies it. One useful feature of the app is the ability to select part of pdf file to print.Using thermal self-adhesive labels means the process of producing postage labels is fast and requires no ink or additional consumables. The printer is at home producing full sizes shipping labels or small labels for domestic use. It is by far the easiest and most flexible thermal printer I have used.

For label printing that does not require a big setup, and a rollup supply of thermal paper, these can’t be beat. For most jobs that is all you need, and you are set to go. And add to that the absolute lack of the need for refilling ink, at, what can be for some printers difficult to manage, and you have a winner. And if you buy decent quality thermal paper, you will get comparable, if not better quality printouts than your regular printers. Add to that the size, portability, the BT connectivity, and you have a printer that does labels without the cumbersome need to refill, or to worry about ink drying out on you. The software is the only weak point from my experience. Usually, these are not well made for most of these kinds of products, as the build quality is their main focus. Even with watches I find that if the manufacturer had chosen a better software, they would have had it made. But, if you so desired, you can use some third party software that can do the job as well if not better.
