Don't waste your time and money on this. This thing was useless to me. In the throws of the worst pain of plantar fasciitis I was so hopeful. To get this to work with enough tension to keep my foot flexed - I had to tighten up the rotating knob - to tight it was very uncomfortable and didn't even keep my foot flexed. Cut off the circulation to the top of my foot. I have high arches and perhaps that was part of the issue. However, this ended up in the basket with all of the other things I tried to help my foot.

Have tried a few different braces for plantar fasciitis. I am a former healthcare professional who treated but never experienced until now.I was stretching multiple times a day, rolling, soaking, massaging my feet and wearing excellent shoes and insoles, standing on pressure mats and trying to stay off my feet as much as possible. It all was helpful, but felt like I was just helping not healing.I started trying and wearing different braces when I was just at home hanging around and through the night. Overall, this is my favorite.All bracing, esp with velcro bands or metal bracing, comes with concerns for those with reduced sensation or circulatory issues, so keep that in mind - skin checks are essential to make sure you properly fit.This design was helpful for reducing the pressure points I experienced with other braces, and it was significantly easier to adjust with just a few small twists to the knob instead of multiple velcro straps. I could easily do this on my own, and the easy release on the knob can be used with arthritic hands as well.This velcro is much sturdier than other manufacturers as well, so much so that those arthritic hands above might need some help at first using this, but I can see the velcro lasting much longer than the 20 uses I got from other versions.There was only one in the package, but overall I think the quality is better than most other metal bar braces, is easier to use, and will stand up a lot longer.This would have been 5 starts for comfort if the mid foot velcro band was just slightly more comfortable.

I bought this on the suggestion of my orthopedic doctor for heel pain because of plantar fasciiatis. I wore it for the recommended hour for a couple of days then increased to all night. I had to take it off after about six hours because it was actually hurting another part of my foot. I may try another type later..

The first one sent to me was broken. They did send a new one very quickly. So I do applaud customer serviceHowever, It did not fit me well enough to be strong enough to pull my toes back and keep them there. It slides down, and was a disappointment. It simply is a waste of money.

Squeezed my foot, uncomfortable and slid off. Would not hold my foot at the correct angle. The knob that tightens it broke after a few uses. Buying a harder boot that will hold the angle!

I really like the design for this brace & how easy it is to adjust it. I got this to help stretch the tendons on my right leg which is 1/2 inch shorter than my left leg. This leg discrepancy causes a lot of pain in my foot and my tendons and I found this to be helpful. It is very easy to adjust to the desired setting for your needs.

Great idea, looked great in pictures. But when I put it on, all it did was squeeze my foot and didn’t really help stretch my Achilles like I thought it would. Had on for ten min and my foot hurt so bad from it squeezing it. I’ll be returning.
