The product works well, the sticky pads keep it on you well. The different modes and intensity levels give you flexibility. Overall I am happy with this product thus far the three way cable to charge is nice and the battery life in the units has been solid, 3-4 full cycles before having to recharge so far. It’s easy to use as well

This ab stimulator works great. The highest intensity it has makes incredibly strong contraction to the muscles. I’ve been using it for a couple months now, and I feel it is working well although obviously needs to be work along with weight trainings. Gel pads need to be well maintained and stored if you want them to last as much as possible.

My husband and I have been using this for about a month now and we can both feel and see a difference!! It is easy to use and it really works great!!

UPDATE: After charging the battery control over and over the battery basically stopped working. I could have it all the way up to 19 and I could barely feel anything. I only used it for around a month. Im very disappointed because I started to notice positive things and now I can’t use it. I would recommend getting a different brand and hope it doesn’t do the same thing. Originally I had it at a 4 star but putting it down to 1. I kept my original review below:Now these products have a lot of controversy with the ability to actually build muscle. After doing research it seems that they are made to tone and tighten your core and NOT build muscle. But don’t quote me on that. There isn’t really much research to look through.Now for the product review:I been using this for I think about 2 weeks now. And I can’t tell you enough of how a different it has made. I can definitely see a difference in how tightee my core is and how easier it is to do normal ab workouts. I wear it about 1-2 times a day for about 30-60 minutes each time. With wearing this daily, I do small ab workouts throughout the day. I definitely recommend this product is you want to tone your abs or have core muscles issues. Now the reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because it loses its stickiness very quickly. Another reason is because I noticed that the battery level has declined a little bit since I started using it. I will like to note that I ordered the 6 ab device in the summer and didn’t wear it much with made the battery life die. Which is why I bought a new one.Overall I recommend this product!(Not anymore)

i haven't use it a lot but i can see a difference . i like that with the different sizes u can use them on your body. i would recommend this product to others

Pros: Good stomach workout, and I can feel washboard abs developingGood range of intensities and patternsReasonable charge per battery -- can get 3 or 4 runs out of one chargeCons: It's hard to keep stuck, and if it becomes unstuck then painful zaps and burns can occur. Don't use the woman's advice who said, 'you can use tape to keep it down'. It pulls out hair, and the tape rips the top off of the device and damages it. Don't use tape to hold it down. It's better to get a belt or strap to hold it down.The single straps are hard to place on places like the obliques.Overall: skip this.. While it works, it's too expensive for its limitations and hazards. The design is interesting, but I would have been better off getting a belt that fastens with Velcro. I'm buying additional Velcro belts now, but they might not work. This device also requires frequently buying the sticky pads, which you'll have to do every couple of weeks if you use it only a few times a week.

this item works well the arm straps can be set so high they hurt the belly one gives a great charge for work-outs but does not hit as hard as arm straps do

I have been using this ab stimulator since March, and I am impressed! My ab results had plateaued, and the stimulator was what I needed to get over the hump! I also find it helpful for my calves and forearms. As others have mentioned, it's important to maintain the gel pads. Highly recommend!
