Aerosoles Women's Army Slip-On Loafer

I was excited for this shoe, since i was looking for gray, but this was even more interesting. A gray tweed-like material. However, i don't know if that is inherent in this particular style, or if it was this pair specifically, but most likely a mix of the two, was that they were ultra wide. The toe part was okay, but after the front area, it was sooo loose, i don't know what happened there. I saw the shoe does not have much construction in that area, may be good for a wide foot, but perhaps since this was material, it made it worse, or perhaps someone tried them on who had a larger foot & forced themselves into it, is what it appeared like. Basically this was unwearable for me. The sides flapped out & kept gaping when i took a step. While i really liked the pattern, the style was not wearable. Length though was on point. I'm a size 7M & that's what i tried. Smaller size would not have been long enough. Had to return.

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever worn. I am still wearing the same pair from almost 9 years ago and they are still in excellent condition (except for the inner sole, but the outside is excellent) and I wear them almost on a daily basis. My daughter usually steals them from me too. I am so sad that they stopped making them. I scour the internet looking for any remaining ones that I can find. Aerosoles made a huge mistake when they discontinued making them. They are a bit snug, but they sure do loosen up great. I really wish they would bring these back in the Army green nubuck, the Army black nubuck, and the no shiny black. I can only find them in crazy snakeskin colors and this shiny look. Please Aerosoles bring these back as soon as humanly possible!!!

Aerosoles is one of my favorite brands of shoes. 90% of the time the shoes are the most ccmfortable and practical I own. I have many pairs and the Army style is a favorite overall. The name is not really fair or accurate because it makes them sound un-feminine and boring, but they are definitely not. I have 3 pairs now and they go well with skirts, jeans and dress pants alike. The soles are soft yet supportive and I find they are frequently my go-to shoes. I don't even think of them when I have them on. No pinching, no loud, jarring heel, just comfortable bliss. I highly recommend this style, but also Aerosoles in general. I am ordering the yellow nubuck next -- too cute! Oh, I said 90% of the time because I have had to send back 2 pairs over the years because of too-narrow a toe area. One of the best things about Aerosoles is they do offer many styles in wide. Didn't need the wide in the Army style though. They fit PERFECTLY. :)

These are heaven! Because I need to wear orthotics, I bought these and was able to use my orthotics in them. I could have worn them "as is", but I needed the lift of those yuck orthotics. These are beautiful and we ladies like pretty shoes. It's hard to find cute orthotic shoes. Why' s that? Are shoe manufacturers in cahoots with orthopedic surgeons? "Go ahead and wear those 3 in heels and those ballet flats, We'll get you yet, my pretty one!" And they did. These look like the the popular "smoking" shoes. Now I have an option of these instead of wearing the clodhopper sneakers.

Shoes are VERY flexible and seem they would be comfortable but I think I should have went by the size I usually wear which is 7 1/2 M rather than the 8 wide which showed on a show chart I went by, but I will wear a foot sock under trouser sock with shoes so shoes won't slip. I will be wearing them with a pant suit to a wedding on this coming Saturday possibly . . . depending on weather and it'll be outdoors with a lot of walking and it's 2 and 1/2 hours away.

I was looking for some really specific shoes for cosplay on a limited timeframe. These were very close to what I needed, arrived on time, and fit as expected. I do get some uncomfortable areas on the sides of my feet right at the toe-joint, usually on the outside of my foot but I figure this is probably something that will get better as the shoe gradually stretches to accommodate my foot.

Nice shoes but they were a half size too small. Normally I would wear an 81/2 but a 9 would have been better. They are very soft and they didn't even hurt my feet but because they were too small my toes would go numb. I was going to exchange for a size 9 but I found another shoe while window shopping at the mall. So, I can't tell you how the size 9 fit but I feel comfortable in recommending these shoes.

I had these exact shoes before that I purchased for more at another web site. I was happy to find them on Amazon for less. I wore a pair to work for almost three years and the support at the heel eventually deflated. I got great wear out of them. These are really comfortable. This is the first time that I ever bought the exact same shoe twice because I like them so much. I bought black, snake and they are true to size. There is just enough heel so that you aren't walking around in flat footed shoes all day. Very good quality shoe for people who are on their feet a lot during work hours.
