I got this set for my teen to get in some extra at-home agility training for the upcoming football season. He really likes all the items it comes with and has been using it regularly. It comes with a bag to store all of the pieces in when not in use.

Everything arrived exactly as expected and matched the product images. I’ve had my set for about a month now and have found it to be quite handy. The resistance bands work great and you can definitely feel the burn after using them. They seem to be quite durable so I have no concerns with them snapping anytime soon. The ladder set is nifty for agility speed training. The parachute is probably the biggest wow factor, as of course it’s pretty grandiose when in full use. For the current set value, I’m quite happy with the quality and quantity of items received!

This set of agility paraphernalia is really useful. I’m no football player, but I realized that I had stopped using my body in all the ways that kids do. Not much stepping to the side or walking backward or dashing here and there. At first I wasn’t impressed with this bag of lightweight items. But this set offers me ways to strengthen my muscles and ways to define spaces to force me into different ways of moving. Sure, I could drag chairs outside and use them for an agility drill, but using this equipment is easier, which means I’ll do agility drills more often. These are working for me, and they would work for a football player too.

I thought this would be great for my 16yr old. He is gearing up for ball this summer and Fall. Always a great thing to stay in shape. He loves this. It is easy to set up for him. Comes with many tools to help him run drills. Easy to assemble and easy to clean up. Definitely a great buy!!!

It is amazing how much stuff is packed in this kit. Pretty much everything you needfor agility training and performance in running is contained in one small convenient bag. WhenI viewed the resistance parachute I was not sure about the material it was made with and washonestly expecting to get something made from a trash bag or something because of the lowprice. However, I was impressed when I saw the quality of the material. Overall, this is a goodquality training

This training set was a bit on the cheap side. My son used it all summer but the cones were so light they couldn’t even stay down every time he trained along side them. They would lift. The ladder broke as he would jump over it. The bands tore apart after several uses. This wasn’t made with such good quality. Not happy with items at all.
