Okay, outstanding seems like a strange thing to say about cotton swabs, but it's a perfect description for these.The pictures say it all (these cotton swabs pictured on left side vs q-tips on right side). The initial comparison photo shows how much more tightly bound the cotton is. You don't see the fluff you can seen in the other brand. Both types were pulled at the tip. This brand's cotton stayed tight. Both were bent. These are much harder to bend and will actually snap in half before bending any further. The difference is amazing.These do come individually packaged. It was frustrating to open them at first, then I realized you can just push up like a straw and it pops out with ease.Who knew there would be so much to say about a cotton swab? Outstanding. You've gotta try these!

I like the individually packaged swabs for travel and first aid kits. They are not high quality, but they will do for most uses.
