Actually Edible
This is what I tried for my 4 year old and she loves the taste of them and thinks they are candy making it super easy to take. The texture isn’t hard like some that almost break teeth. Her hair is now so long and healthy looking. As a pediatric nurse, I am good with the vitamin dosage amounts and the effectiveness of the vitamins.

I have seen a difference in hair growth. Reason being for 4 stars and not 5 would be that they are completely coated in sugar. If you are giving them to a little watch them closely or break in half. They aren't the easiest gummy to chew and could be a choking hazard.
