Size way too small and wrong color, the selections appeared user friendly when ordering but final product not what pay for

I ordered a size large as that is what is wear in shirts and jackets. The lab coat would not even button at my chest it was so small. The sleeves were between my elbows and my wrists. The embroidery was nice. But, the coat is useless as I can't wear it.

I wish I had ordered an XL. It runs small. The material is so thin you can see through it but you get what you pay for. The embroidery was nice, just kind of small font. It was a gift and she liked it, I guess, so that's all that matters.

This lab coat was HUGE! I ordered and XS because that is the smallest size they make and it swallowed me whole! It looked more like a medium size. I’m very disappointed because it is a personalized item and it can’t be returned. I can’t even wear it because it is so oversized that I can’t work in it! Extremely disappointed!
