Although this had very good lobster flavor the spice was way too hot and couldn’t enjoy..

I enjoyed this ramen noodle, but I had to deduct stars because it was not as advertised. This should have been labeled as spicy! Right on the edge of medium going into hot. As it was cooking, I could really smell the delicious seafood/shellfish aromas, so I was very disappointed when the spicy heat really overwhelmed all of those delicate flavors once I actually tasted it. It was very salty as you would expect from ramen, but not overly so - about average. The noodles had a good bite to them, and you can cook for an extra minute if you prefer a softer noodle.In the product description, they say "broth boasts large solid chunks of assorted vegetables and meat doused in thick and rich soup." This is also highly inaccurate, you get the traditional little bits of vegetable here and there (the vegetable pack was actually smaller than I'm used to seeing in other brands), but definitely no large solid chunks and the broth was not what I would consider "thick".Four packs of ramen for $13 is also fairly high, but that is comparing to being able to shop at an Asian grocery where these would only be a dollar apiece at the very most.So while I will definitely eat and enjoy the other three packs, I had to deduct stars because it was not as advertised and I probably would not purchase at this price again. If they advertised this as spicy lobster, it would definitely be a solid four star.

I really have to say this is the very best ramen noodle bowl that I've ever had in a quick single serve packet. There are a lot of flavor ingredients packed into the noodles and two packets of soup seasonings and seafood/vegetable flakes. It has just the right amount of spice so that the lobster and vegetable flavors still come through without being overwhelmed. There is quite a bit of sodium so if that's a concern, maybe reduce the amount of seasoning used, or include low sodium options in your remaining meals for the day. If you're a noodle fan, this will soon be one of your favorites. Give it a try.

I like it! Don't love it but it is a fun try that I would maybe consider again.Highlights: actually really like the noodle texture. Seemed a little more slippery and rounded than classic ramen noodles which can be a bit oily/spongy seeming. I liked the smell of the soup a fit more than the taste. Smelled nice with a hint of lobster/ocean-i-ness but..Lowlights: didn't taste at all like lobster?? I'm not sure if the surprise spiciness was overwhelming but honestly smelled more ocean-y than it tasted. Also found the extras and overall taste a bit simplistic. Only small seaweed squares visible.Kind of expected some crab or fish cake or anything that hints at "lobster meat" but there was nada.Soo if you're worried about lobster fishiness, don't worry it's barely there. If you can't tolerate spicy, maybe skip because they have unexpected heat. If you want to try a kind of nice unique noodle (I'm no expert) then pick one up!

I'm a big fan of Paldo products and when I saw the lobster flavor, I was very excited to try it. This ramen did not disappoint. It's delicious! The broth is savory and has so much flavor. I wouldn't say it has a strong lobster flavor but it did smell similar to lobster bisque while it was cooking. The broth is only slightly spicy. I like to add an egg and wakame to my ramen to make it even tastier but this ramen is good on its own as well. This ramen is definitely going to be added to my instant noodle rotation!

This just tastes like any other spicy ramen. All chili and no seafood flavor period. You're better off starting with chicken ramen and adding anchovy sauce.

My first bite had me rushing back to the kitchen. You can’t smell the spice that this contains. I really wish it had been noted that is spicy.The noodles cook up nicely but honestly where is the lobster flavor? I tasted a generic seafood more than anything.It’s unfortunate as I really wanted to like this but it’s just not for me.
