This little gadget worked very well.

We have 2 young grandchildren who love cherries. I pitted 30 cherries in about 5 minutes. That is astonishing as it usually takes my wife 15 minutes to do it by hand with a knife. And it is so much safer and so much easier. The pit just pops out like magic. Love it. Solid feel to this pitter. Buy it. You will like it!

I'm incredibly impressed with this cherry pitter! It's a simple yet highly effective tool. As someone who enjoys eating cherries while watching TV, I no longer have to worry about choking on the seeds. Additionally, I can easily remove the seeds for my baby to enjoy as well. This tool has truly saved me a lot of time.

I like using this tool for my baby food! It works very well! I use this litter everyday in cherry season!!

Had rust on it at the seen when I got it... It does work, I feel like it's cheaply made and over priced. Will probably replace it for next year. I should have sent it back but needed it at the moment.

This item is very cheaply made. It’s nade with a super cheap spring mechanism for the plunger which quickly broke during my first time using. The spring flew off somewhere in the backyard. I literally only used this for about 15mins. Also the hole to release the pit into is small and not in proportion with the vestibule that the cherry sits in. I either had to push out the pit with the plunger or with my hands or the pit would be stuck in the bottom of the cherry. Needless to say this is a cheap and poorly made product.

The hole for the pit to go through is too small, so the pits constantly getting stuck. If you don’t line up the cherry exactly right it won’t work at all. About every four cherries, the pit was still half way stuck in the cherry. Then, the whole thing fell apart half way through a pound of cherries. I put it back together 3 times and it never stayed together. I’m going back to the little cheap, handheld one because trying to use this was so frustrating. I returned it.
