I LOVE my new chef coat! For the price, it's really awesome, lightweight, and looks very professional. I fits the color scheme of my concept perfectly. I've washed it 3 times on a high cyclealready, and the threading and buttons hold firm.

I prefer a chef coat to an apron in my home kitchen. I wanted a short sleeve coat for summer, so attracted by the low price and high ratings, I ordered this item. I am pleased with the lightweight fabric since I wear it over my regular clothes, usually a tee or polo. Guided by the seller's size chart and the knowledge I'd be wearing it as a top layer, I ordered one size up. For my slight women's build, the coat is not uncomfortably snug, but I expected an even roomier fit. I believe most women will want at least one size larger, and men should probably order at least two sizes up. The seller's online product description gives no fabric care information. When I checked the care label, I was shocked to see symbols directing either dry cleaning or hand wash warm, no tumble dryer. I took my chances and machine washed the coat in cold water and hung it up to dry. I found it survived the washer with no issues and air dries very quickly, no ironing required. If you select your size generously and don't get freaked out by the care instructions, I think you'll find this garment is a very good value.

The price was great and the material is lightweight which I find desirable when working in a hot kitchen. Several people had commented that the size was small and I believe also that the fitment chart recommended a XXL if you normally wore an XL.I am 5'10" and around 200LBS and I was swimming in this shirt. I will order more of these shirts but I think I will stick to XL instead. You can't go wrong with the price! The shipping does take a while so don't expect them right away.

I love the design of this chef coat, the accent yellow and black piping made it feel fancier than my standard white coats and the yellow is actually more of a gold which was a cool surprise to me. The shoulders are more squared off so it gives a nice clean look with an apron over it, and who doesnt want some nice broad looking shoulders at work. It is a thinner breathable fabric but still crisp and non-transparent. I wore it a lot and received many compliments from my co workers on the fit and the accents so i am glad i got it for sure.Now for my issues. Sadly it has started to get a little fraying on the piping after multiple washes and the stitching under one of the arm pits has come undone in one spot leaving a minor frayed hole. I like to think i take good care of my chef coats but it is a uniform for a demanding work environment with a lot of heat, sweat and movement so i do feel it was too soon to see the kind of wear i was seeing. That being said i still like it and I still want to wear it so i will probably tend to this coat more than i normally would which speaks well to the design and fit.

Currently, I am working the broiler and the fryer at work. The restaurant that provides me chef coats are too heavy for me to work the station. I haven't wore it yet to work, but the material is a lot thinner and it is short sleeves. I put my thermometer and my pens in the shoulder pockets to try it out, it was difficult to put the thermometer because of the lighter fabric. The column of buttons are not what I used to, to where I can't switch over to the other side, if one side gets too dirty. I may look around for another which would suite my style better.

Wokring in a kitchen with ovens, flat tops fryers and all the sorts you know that it can heat up rrslly quickly behind there especially when its hot af outside it feels a 100x hotter in the kitchen. So with the summer and spring seasons coming up quickly this chef jacket is going to be a vital piece to my wardrobe for work daily. The fact that it is lightweight and great quality material is equally important as you know that it can be quick paced and busy and you can be assured that moving a million times a second can be brutal on the wear and tear of the clothing including being able to move freely and comfortably throughout the day. I highly recommend.

I’ve been working in the industry for 15 years.If I could give this review 0 stars I would. I ordered these coats thinking they would work out but I was wrong. The size chart they provided did not work correctly for me and the material is kind of cheap. I had requested a return which was approved and upon returning they said that they will not give me my money back because they were dirty. All I did was try them on it’s not like I wore them to work or got them stained or anything. I highly recommend looking for a higher quality chef coat, because these ones are very likely to tear on you and if they do not work for you they will not give you a refund and will find any excuse not too.Update: Still refused to give me a refund for all shirts. They said they have refunded the one and mailed back the other 2. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive the refund or the 2 shirts being mailed back.

I really like the jacket. It feels great, maybe a bit to big through the middle, but it's fine! Good through the shoulders as well!Only problem I encountered is the button holes, they are to small to squeeze the buttons through easily!!! Could be bigger, you may not have an issue with it like me. I have needed carpal tunnel surgery 2x on each hand, from working with knives so much!!I'll take mine to a tailor and get them to open up the button holes for me.All in all, a great chef's jacket!

Lovely quality and to look at but comes up short on size, this fits lovely across the sholders but wont even meet further down. disappointed

The jacket fits, good quality, how ever as with previous jackets which were to small, there was no return label, not every 1 has access to these facilities, return labels should be included with all deliveries

Good quality for a very reasonable price.

Washes really well (I boil all my whites with a little pink stuff) n lasting good.
