This is a super cute costume and appears to be well made. The reviews that I looked at were mostly unfavorable, but i cant figure out why. It clearly stayes in the product description that it doesn't come with a helmet. It was for career day at my grandson's school, so he couldn't wear a helmet anyway.It's pretty lightweight, so I him wear clothes under it. It's a costume and doesn't claim to be high-end clothing.The price was low,and it came the next day.I am very pleased with it.**I didn't compare it to an actual astronaut space suit. I don't know if it looks accurate. Again, it's a costume. There was no question about what my grandson wants to be when he grows up.

Good quality and fit

Great costume piece. Came as described, fits as expected. Very comfortable and holds up in the washing machine well. Worn 3x already, still like new condition, and I feel like we’ll get several more uses from this piece. Great value!

My kiddo wore this costume (size XL) last Halloween as a tall 10yr old, and while the costume fit his torso, it was short in the legs. The patches and other stitching were all nice, but the commander patch on the sleeve was seen on upside down. I didn't fix it because we knew we'd only get one use out of it and thought it was funny. The fabric is lightweight so plan to wear other light colored clothing underneath.

It barely fits but it will work for this one year for Halloween! My son is 12 years old (just barely) and is about 5'4." We bought the XL. It seems to be well enough made for just wearing for Halloween. In the photo he is wearing it over his clothes. So we may even be able to make it work better with some tighter clothing underneath. It is see-through so you will want to plan wearing clothes under it. He seems happy with it so that is what I care about.

Costume looks cute on my son, but unfortunately you get what you pay for. There was already a hole in the sleeve when we got it.
