I have been using a spray varnish to seal my art work, then I saw a video of a liquid varnish, I tried it and omg what a difference, easy to use, easy to clean up after, dries to a clear glossy finish, it also helped bring out the finest of details that were lost in the spray varnish I was using, I am so glad I found this product, a must have if you are an artist on any level.

This Varnish is a hard film that permanently covers whatever it's applied to. It's relatively permanent, adding it can last years under normal wear. Very easy to use definitely it’s worth the value of money invested. Used on glass and results were amazing, used it properly and preferably work in a ventilated area. So the smell that is not that strong doesn’t bother, which I did just a precautionResults can be very impressive!

I am a professional artist who works mostly in acrylics, and thought I would try a less expensive varnish option as I usually use Golden and Liquitex products. Bad idea. When I received this varnish, it had a yellowish tint, which was a read flag. When I attempted to use it, it poured like honey and was so thick, I had to then add water just to get it to brush on. I am grateful that I was able to wash it off my art without causing damage. The good new? They accepted my return with no issues, so whether that was Amazon or the manufacturer, I was grateful.

I’ve used just about the whole bottle and just noticed that after drying, it still feels a bit tacky. I also had one project where I could literally peel it off days after drying. Ultimately I think it’s too thick for my needs.

This varnish is very toxic smelling. It definitely should be used outdoors and even the next 2 days your painting smells terrible. It is very thick...says to brush on with a golden Talklon brush which is a big mess. It might work for pouring, but not brushing. A waste of money and a very poor product. It ruined my painting, which I doubt can be sold now. It is thick in places, too shiney in spots, just a total mess. I will see if I can return the product. If you want to varnish a painting, don't buy this product is my recommendation.
