I've spent my morning testing out karaoke machines, and bluetooth speakers; saving this thing for last. It came charged, looked like the photos, included charging cables (but no blocks), didn't use styrofoam that gets all over the place, paired easily, get loud, and felt quite portable.But even with those pros, I still came away from this speaker feeling large disappointment. The speaker was dirty for some reason. There's a power switch on the side you have to manually switch off or on (in spite of the remote). The remote didn't come with the 2 AAA batteries required. You can't actually control the EQ without using the remote. The EQ options were just presets. The overall sound felt a lot like cheap vehicle speakers (lacking in depth of mids, with none of the presets providing a correct degree of warmth offered by almost all of the competition). The lights do their own thing in spite of anything being played. You can't turn the lights off. There are buttons here which seem to do nothing at all. And the list price of $46 is inexcusably high when measured against the competition.You could easily give this as a gift to someone under 18, and be assured that all but the diehard audiophile kids out there are going to appreciate it to a degree. But this is, in my experienced opinion, not a serious speaker with serious features or sound. So I would recommend looking elsewhere.

This Bluetooth speaker was perfect to fit in my vehicle because of my radio broke it's loud and I can hear it with all the windows down and it charges by 12 volt adapter in the car
