So I've been intrigued by these "balans" type chairs for a long time, but never had one. After one particularly brutal posterior-flattening marathon in my regular office chair, I decided I needed to get an alternative. This seemed like a value-priced version, so I went with it.They do include 1 extra of every screw and/or nut required to assemble it, and they're true to their word: I almost thought I had been shorted a screw when I found an extra pair of them in a separate bag; apparently a QC person noticed the shortage and dropped them in. Well done.Sitting in the assembled result (which I am doing now) is...a mixed experience. It does takes some load off the posterior (which is good), but seems to place me in almost a kneeling position, which I'm still working out. Not sure it's an instant win.Also, the knee-pads are so thick they can sort of squish to the sides as you put pressure on them, which reduces the sense of stability a tad.Basically I think they're delivering what they say they will deliver, but whether or not you'll like sitting in it is anybody's guess. I'll update this after more experience with it...

This kneeling chair is easy assembly. Just need a big area to lay down all parts before putting together. The cushions are very comfortable. I can set easily at my work station. My back has felt better since I’ve been sitting on this kneeling chair due to the excellent posture the chair has me sitting. I absolutely love this kneeling chair. ♥️

The only reason it got a 4 was because there are ZERO instructions. I am well familiar with this type of furniture assembly and I even had to look at the picture to help me with some of the wood braces. Other than that it really is a relief off my back and sciatic nerve. At first you have to alternate until your body adjusts to your position, but the more you use it, the longer you can sit on it in comfort. I alternate between sit and stand.

My husband works from home and is on his computer most of the time. He suffers from backpain. Bought different types of office chair but nothing helped until I finally found this. Worth it!

I didn't know what to expect with this chair but it is great. My pressure that was on my back before is completely gone. I was scarred at first due to the lack of "security" the chair had. But it is secure and definitely durable.

I got this for my son to use more so as a chair to be more comfy as he plays his games.We love how it is comfortable to sit it . Only dislike was putting that thing together because we thought it would have been assembled which is a pain putting together but we love it and it's started many good conversations too

If I want to sit down I use this chair now because of how much I Pau attention to my back now and my knees don't have the strain or jitters anymore since the chair moves for me with just a little motion very comfortable would recommend to the next person
