I snore a lot and and this has definitely helped. I’ve also not woken up with any back or shoulder pain as I sleep with my arms above my head either on my side or back. The 2 different sides are great for different sized people. I put my pillow case over the pillow to make it last longer. It’s white so it stains easy. Would recommend for the price range.

I've been having severe neck issues for the last 6 months (due to exerise, etc). Was told about this pillow by a friend and thought I'd give it a try. I absolutely love it! It's so comfortable. My neck is in the proper position during the night whether I lay on my back or my side. I have less neck aches when I arise in the mornings. My neck is gradually getting better. It's a great pillow. Oh, and did I mention the affordable price? It's well worth the cost. Thank you!

My neck pain didn’t go away, but I do sleep better. It’s very comfortable and I like that you can unzip the cover and wash it worth the money when it was on sale.

This is the first review I have ever written because I've never been so impressed with something.I pulled this out of the box last night and let it sit for about 30 minutes before bed and using it.Upon waking up this morning, it was the first time in years that I woke up able to turn my head from side to side with very minimal tension in my neck. I have been doing several neck stretches each day, but that can only do so much for someone. I have also tried about a dozen types of pillows, but being on the smaller side, the pillows were always too big and hurt my neck. Additionally, last night I did not take my sleep supplement, but slept solidly for over 6 hours without waking up once, which hasn't been the case for me for about 20 years and woke up more refreshed than when I have gotten closer to 9 hours of broken sleep.

I love this pillow. The problem is the zipper on the case broke after not too long and the case is an important part of holding things in place. No way to get another case. Disappointing.

This pillow is one of the best and worthiest purchases i have ever made. This pillow gave me a good sleep although i had neck pain after a long time. Very comfortable and it held me head and neck perfectly. Even when i slept to the side my cervical disks were completely aligned with the rest of the spine and gave support. I highly recommend this to everyone! As in this time our heads are either down in a cell phone or we are bending on our laptops this pillow is definitely a necessity. Do your spine a favor and buy one of these pillows!

I have been so pleased with this purchase. I have had neck issues since birth and have tried so many pillows through the years that felt good only if I slept in one position. This pillow has so many options. Because I have arthritis in my neck, as well as other parts of my body, I change sleeping positions often. This pillow allows me to sleep on my back, sides and stomach with comfort. I can honor what position my body needs each night. This pillow does not have a strong smell, like so many. It has been very allergy-friendly, as well. I would highly recommend it.

At first I’m going to be honest it took me several days to get use to this pillow. The design is a little crazy for what you would think from a normal pillow. However, after the first week of use it’s a must. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my neck and shoulder pain. It’s not a soft pillow and doesn’t give like a down. So if that’s what you’re looking for it’s not for you. However it does provide the support your neck and shoulders need. It just takes some getting use to. Cause honesty after the first night I was like heck no.
