Great Customer Service; Threaded stud stripped easily
Update: below was my original review. Customer Service reached out to me and wanted to make sure they took care of the issue. Today that type of customer service is hard to find today.I purchased this lockset August 6th for a 2006 tour pack that I had painted to match my bike. I just picked up the tour pack from the bodyshop and installed the lockset October 19th. The thread stud stripped when I tightened the nut down. Unfortunately because I ordered it before I received the tour pack I'm not able to exchange the lockset. I should have gone to Harley.
