Rosewood Luxury Leather Dog Lead, 40 x 3/4 inch, soft touch navy

I have now bought the lead and two sizes of collar in this range. Whilst I was not happy with the 1st collar due to the blue leatherette material degrading, I bought a 2nd collar as we had the matching lead. 4 months into ownership, this is not the case after the lead broke where it joins to the clasp mechanism. Thankfully it did not result in any major issues other than inconvenience whilst out on the walk. Ultimately the lead and collars look very nice off the page however the quality and longevity of them are very poor. I would not recommend.

Lovely looking lead and very soft but very flimsy clasp that goes on to the collar & I am not confident it wouldn’t break or that even the lead itself would snap. I’ve used it 3 times & have had to purchase a different lead, I have a Dachshund with no road sense so obviously dangerous. This lead might suit very docile older dogs perhaps.

I have had 2 Rosewood collar/leads of a different design that have been ok. This one felt cheep from the start. The leather feels like plastic and split and after 2 walks the clip for the dog collar detaching entirely from the lead whilst out on a walk. Perhaps ok for small dogs but not my Springer.

I was really disappointed when this arrived - I wouldn’t call it luxury at all, it looks cheap, and I don’t think it is real leather either. Ended up just using our old one whilst waiting for a better one to arrive. This one has been kept as a spare.

Brought this lead and the collar to match, my dog looks very fashionable on walks now! Good quality lead that's a good length too. The clasp seems very strong too and I love the colour combination. The leather seems of high quality and I love the soft touch tan material. Now I want the navy and grey one too!!

Lovely soft leather, bought the matching collar and lead for my miniature dachshund Coco. That price but items are showing some signs of wear after a few months of use. Love the Rosewood products though as good value for money and nice styles available.
