I ordered by mistake a right-side bag, but because I went through Amazon I was able to return it and reorder a right-side bag. This is one reason I buy though Amazon. I'm very Happy.

The media could not be loaded. I bought several bags not one matched the other. I just want matching bags for my bike. Damn! Instead of going throught the hassle of returning them I have the other away to friends. I'm going to return the 2 I have and go somewhere else that more competent.

Purchàed this product. It took well over 10 days to actually ship. After contacting customer Svc. MANY times, I was lied to multiple times, & one customer service employee even said & I quote, I don't want to deal with this. Eventually after over 10 days I requested a refund. 2 more customer Svc. Reps told me it would DEFINITELY be at my door that night by 8pm. And to contact them when it arrived & they'd issue refund & I could keep the item as an apology .. It never came... I then called & demanded an immediate refund & Amazon did refund my purchase price .. the following week they shipped the product & several days later it arrived... "Weeks later" I called again to tell them it had been refunded & was told to keep it no charge .. so..... The product is ok except for the straps. Straps I'm thinking wouldn't work. I'd use Zip ties or some other means of attachment if I were to use them... However after the almost 2 weeks of having a tracking number that indicated no shipment, UPS having no record of the package & being lied to multiple times I ordered a bag from somewhere else, got them, installed them & about forgot about these until I demanded a refund. So I can't attest to their durability. Fit or longevity whereas I'm using a different bag.... I can say these look ok, and fit nicely on a shelf in my storage shed that someday I'll use as a back up or put in a yard sale ..... If you want to take the risk of Amazon getting the shipping right then I'd say they'd be worth the purchase .. but for ME I'm extremely disappointed in Amazon ... PSA this review is more for Amazon rather than the product... Had I not ordered a different brand from another company I would be using these & would have replaced the straps & would most likely be satisfied. But..... Be aware Amazon ships these not the seller. But Amazon WILL make it right should you have an experience like mine.

It has lasted longer than I thought. I used the large zip ties to secure it and have not had any issues.

This is half the cost of some that I have seen. I used black zip ties , instead of what it came with. Been using it few months , no issues, no tears , looks like new. Fits a sweatshirt and extra glasses for me.

My friends wanted bags without them being hard to instal

Cheap material not worth the price

They do not make a match for the other side.Odd because it come close but not you would think would not be to rocket science to flip the pattern
