Hello, just got the door knob twice and I love it so far. Like I said in the title PLEASE PUT FULLY THE DOOR LOCK IN FIRST! Then test and see if the door actually stays in place then put the metal cover over the hole of the wall. I made this mistake of placing the door lock then closing the door and then destroying the lock to free myself. Luckily I got a free replacement and also please use the app, the lock does not remember your first fingerprint and it will not let you in after a short time.

Love this product. Being in a house with your parents or siblings is a lot easier when they need a key or fingerprint to barge in and I leave mine on free roam when I’m gone so my mom can sleep In there when she misses me 21 btw lol

These handles look nice. And I was very hopeful. We wanted to put a lock on our theater room and my office to keep kid hands from invading. So, this seemed like a great idea. However, it’s been more frustrating than anything.1. The handles only read your fingerprints SOMETIMES. It’s very annoying to have them not read properly.2. The app is awful. You can’t unlock the door if you’re away from the house. You must be near it. Which, IMO, negates why I needed the app.3. The app doesn’t work 75% of the time. It doesn’t connect to the handle.I’ve had to use the keys about 50% of the time. Just annoying. I’ll be returning and looking at something better

I’ve had this for several months. I am very pleased with quality of these fingerprint locking door handles. They look attractive.

Love the handles. Good price. Solid handle. Works with standard key, finger print or app. Beware, it only work via Bluetooth for app. I purchased a gateway so I could open with Google Home. Google finds the device but, asks for a pin. I never set a code. I asked seller for help. They said they'd buy a Google device and engineer would resolve issue. A dozen emails and a month+ later...no resolution. Fixed the problem and it's a 5 star purchase.

Writing a review for a door handle seems kind of strange to me but let’s give it a shot.The door handle fingerprint scanner works well. It locks and unlocks usually the first time every time. The install was easy and the fit was as expected without any weird alterations to the door required.The door handle is kind of squared off. It is the one downside to the handle. It isn’t sharp and you won’t feel like you’ll cut yourself or something but it does give it an almost unpleasant feeling. I have a similar door handle from the same company and it is rounded off and feels much better.The app connectivity is good too. It connects quickly (Bluetooth only no wifi) and once connected it quickly locks and unlocks based on your commands via the app.

I put this little door knob on a utility closet at the office. After years of forgetting the key I got fed up. I took off the old lock and put this one on in about 15 minutes. Getting the batteries in was the hardest part and even that wasn't much of a challenge. Now I can get into the utility closet much easier but guests are locked out. The door knob doesn't feel particularly heavy duty but for my case it works well.

I ended up buying multiple. Great item. Keeps the kids out my office and little snack thieves out the pantry. Only suggestion is making the connection between the door and my phone stronger. The Bluetooth feature from my phone doesn’t always work I have to almost be right there at the door to unlock it. Kinda defeats me being able to manually unlocking it.
