This is a wonderful resource for personal or group Bible study. Tim Keller’s insights are priceless.

Tim Keller's writing style in this book opens Romans up to people at every stage of Christian knowledge and maturity. He addresses much of what may be hard to grasp in a thoughtful and straightforward way with language that is easy to understand. He also addresses many of the questions that may come up in response to the text, drawing on both his own learning and understanding and that of Christians down the ages.

Some people seem to have problems with Tim Keller ....and I guess did as well but after reading this as well as Judges for you ....I must say I was really impressed and blessed by his writing ...it help me to refocus on some Bible truths ...and help me understand others ...I would highly recommend this book and this series

I am only working through this as I go, hence only four stars and not five. However let me say that what I've read is brilliant and really helps unpack stuff from which preaching, which is what I am using it for, can be done and done well. It's inspirational, devotional, insightful and helpful. I plan to get its companion to continue with my series through Romans.

Keller is very easy to read. It will give you a good outline on the first 7 chapters and will me more than helpful to people doing bible studies and more.

I would highly recommend reading this book in the context of an in person bible study as I felt it was a lot to take in and understand. I’m so glad I did. It’s enlightening and helped me understand so many thing I didn’t even realize I didn’t know. My church is offering his next Romans study in the spring and I’m definitely going to sign up.

One of the best books I have read on Romans. It really has challenged me and helped me to go deeper into Roman's. I have read it at least 3 times and let a couple of small groups through it as well.

I have always enjoyed Keller. His foray into devotional commentary is really helpful, a great way to start my day.
