I put in my duck pond and it works great to keep the pond from freezing.

Not for me
Couldn't get this fountain to work out for my bath project because it was too large. The item as a whole works fine since the backyard area where the panel was placed had full sun throughout the day making it function without stopping. Was rather surprised at how tall the water shoots up. This $60 current price tag is a bit on the high end though...

Not worth it
Garbage had to return it has no power n most of all even on a semi sunny wont work n when it did work so weak its garbage

Solar Water
The media could not be loaded. This little pump setup far exceeded my expectations. It preforms very well in very little sunlight, and does extra special in full sun, as shown in my video. And this is on the smallest flow setting.

Very nice little solar pump!
Over all, this little pump is terrific. It works exactly as advertised. Initially, I bought it to use in a large Henri Studio fountain we intended to convert from electric to solar. It would still work for that purpose, but upon reflection we decided we wanted something that would run at night as well....to better avoid mosquitos. I intend to use this pump to run an irrigation system which is too far from our house to be part of our existing automated drip system and purchase another solar pump with a battery backup for the fountain.

decent quality with managable solar panel
I use this solar fountain pump in a DIY fountain for my garden area. The fountain pump comes with several different attachments to experiment with, all boasting a different spray pattern. The overall quality is decent, not great, so not sure on the longevity of it, but its done fine so far. As with any solar item like this, it works best in direct sunlight. The brighter/more light it receives, the better it will work. I like that the solar panel is small and manageable. It is also important to keep the panel clean because when dirty it will become less efficient. Overall, this is a decent solar fountain pump that has worked well for my DIY fountain.

Good product for the price
Compact and powerful enough to raise the water about 3' with full sun. Would recommend it and buy one again if necessary.
