I bought this cable to use Android Auto on my car’s touchscreen. I have a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone with a USB Type C port, and my car has a USB A port. I needed a cable that was compatible with both ports, and that was long enough to reach my phone holder, but not too long to create clutter on the dashboard. This cable was exactly what I was looking for.The cable is coiled and can stretch from 3 feet to 6 feet, depending on how much you pull it. This gives me enough flexibility to adjust the length according to my needs. The cable is also thick and durable, and it feels like it can withstand a lot of bending and twisting. The connectors are well-made and fit securely into the ports. The cable supports fast charging and data transfer, and it works flawlessly with Android Auto. Needed a media USB cable to work with Android Auto. I didn't realize that all USB cables are not created equally. This one does the job... and the coiling cord keeps things neat.

These cables work fine, but they are nowhere near three and six feet long. Maybe, if you uncoiled them, they would stretch that far, but they are wound so tight that at rest, they are closer to one foot long. Plenty long enough, of course, to charge your phone in your car or connect to Android Auto. But if I tried to use the phone by hand, I would be struggling to pull it close enough to me to see the screen.

My Audi has the Android Auto USB (yeah, it's old, so no wireless Android Auto). I don't really care, but I HATE having excess length in cords to deal with. However, it's also annoying to have a cord so short that I have to turn around to plug in either/both the phone or charger.This is the solution. I leave it plugged in to the USB, it stretches out to let me easily plug in the phone, then it's coiled an out of the way when I put the phone under the armrest and out of the way. Love it.I didn't know this was a two pack, so pleasantly surprised. I keep the the second one in the small bag that I stow my spare battery for when I travel. Super convenient. Highly recommend!

The 6' one I received worked for worked for 2 minutes then disconnected my phone from AA. I unplugged both ends several times and it would still not work. I went back to my straight cable and everything worked fine again. I had hoped this would be a cleaner option in my vehicle but for some reason it was defective.

I know it is only a 3-foot cable, but the coils are so tight it's more like 1 foot. Works well and charges phone but it's not a fast-charging cable.

Like the cords….short and neat

Items did not last long. They do not charge well and are not fully compatible.
