System slow and battery backup only 4 hrs. Backlit mentioned but not there, MS office not there.

Poor product , damaged hard disk. Laptop initial setup not possible .DONT BUY from Amazon and then spend days explaining problem to Amazon customer support everyday to 10 different people. They just pass you from one person to another and waste your time and money.
