Really good quality and price
A great selection of seeds and as usual from this supplier.They go well sprinkled onto a salad or added to roasted vegetables and either way they really added texture, crunch and protein to any dish especially plant based diets.

Big ole bag-o-seeds. Made seed crackers and turned out great. Found the moisture content a little higher than store-bought ones, but just toasted them a bit longer. No big deal. Good value for price.

A good selection of seeds which I add to porridge to give extra texture. I can't say that they're particularly tasty but I do enjoy them.

I discovered poppy seeds by accident and couldn't believe the health benefits they gave you. I use them to top home made bread, the flavour is lovely when you eat the crust. but I also add them to cooked products and porridge etc. you wont be disappointed
