Flavors are yummy, I have tried several protein drinks that leave a bit of a grit feeling or diet taste etc. these are just plain good. I buy them repeatedly. They are a great snack if you just need a little something vs. entire meal. Very good.

I'm trying to get as much protein in my system as possible, and this works. I'm not an athlete, I'm a 72 old woman who needs to supplement. My daughter, who is an athlete uses it after her workouts.So, this is a product that can be used for various reasons. It has a wonderful taste, very subtle and pleasing to the taste buds.Worth every dollar.

These taste amazing on their own but I use them with my white chocolate mocha Javvy coffee. I heat one in the frothing machine, add a teaspoon of javvy and a splash of creamer. It tastes just like Starbucks but with 42gm of protein!
