This would work best on an unground pool with no wrinkles on the floor. We have an above ground and it kept getting hung up on one side of the pool. It does an okay job but can’t handle the crap that gets into my pool, so the 3 stars. But it has a great little motor and is super easy to use and clean.

Not sure if it is in the item description but your pool MUST be level, have no creases in the pool lining and not have any large debris like pine needles.The charge time pretty much is an over night situation. save up and buy a pool vacuum with a power cord supply. The product return was a simple and easy process, much appreciated. We just need something more heavy duty.

The vacuum that I purchased worked for a few days and then would not turn on after charging. I contacted customer service and they promptly replaced the vacuum without debate or hesitation. I am hoping the first vacuum being defective was the anomaly and the second vacuum performs better. The vacuum does work well when it is running.

im sure it would great but i have a few wrinkles and it does not do well with them. So unless you have a wrinkle free pool it wont do good for you.

The vacuum is powered by water jets, not by wheels so it's a relatively weak movement but it has good suction. It's not a robot you "program" by turning the little wheel.

When I first got it it worked perfectly. Just as I had hoped. 2 months later, it still turns on, but only moves 10% of the time like it isn't getting enough power to propel itself. I have to take the top off and powered it off then back on like 4 times before it can get enough propulsion. Now it is only going one direction.

I originally purchased a robot and used it a few times, and then the battery died, and I could no longer recharge it. Even though it was past the Amazon return. The vendor replaced the robot. Once I provided a video showing the battery would no longer charge. I have received my new robot and it is functioning properly.

I’ve been using it for about 2 months and the first month it was working great but now it’s just not picking up as many leaves and tiny trashes as before.
