Screen not working properly, showing multiple line on screen while working.
On April 3rd, 2024, I lodged a complaint regarding an issue with my laptop purchased from Amazon. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance by contacting customer service, my problem remains unresolved. Initially, on April 3rd, I engaged in a conversation where I was instructed to upload images of the issue. I promptly complied and received confirmation of successful image submission. Following their instructions, I patiently waited for 15 days for an update. Upon following up, I was informed that there had been no progress and was asked to wait an additional 15 days. This cycle repeated, with each subsequent inquiry resulting in requests for more time. Despite assurances, the issue persists, with the latest communication stating that they have no record of the uploaded images. Frustratingly, they are now requesting the images again to initiate a resolution process. It's disheartening that despite my efforts and cooperation, there seems to be no concrete action taken to address my concern.after 40 days I called again amazon customer care they asking details from starting and given information everything what they asked and I had a discussion with senior agent Srinidhi on 10th May 2024 3:00PM she simply saying do what you want we will can't do anything with out uploading images again and raise new ticket for this. we can't take any action with out uploading new photos again and we will not do anything now. do what ever you want to do previous people give wrong information, please raise a new request for resolving the issue.On April 3rd, 2024, I lodged a complaint regarding an issue with my laptop purchased from Amazon. Good Product and worth for the money paid
It's been a month I am using this for 8hrs days and it performs well like new. It has light early used signs but it working as expected. Little bit noise is there in the speakers output while attending meeting and Finerprint sensor not working. Rest all fine. Worth for the money paid as it is refurbished.

Feeling like worth it buying refurbish laptop u can say its look like brand new with good performance offcouse very well good condition too good to use for daily use i m planing to buy one more like if i good promotion

Laptop is very nice condition
But,you are going to face a huge problem in case of warranty claim, Amazon will say connect to seller and seller will not respond

Poor quality
Audio is not working . Speakers are fully damaged . Not even deep cleaning done , key board was terribly contaminated . I do not know what level of quality checks were prior despatch.. Upset with this Laptop

works as intended
I Was skeptical when I ordered this laptop,but I am plesantly suprised with the performance and the asthetics. Looks pretty good for a refurb laptop with almost no signs of wear (may be if you look very closely you will find something), and performance seems pretty good for a couple of year old laptop.This review is from using for few days and I hope this continues.

Warranty Contact
The product was in good condition. However, I found the biometric sensor not working. I raised a request at Amazon with no solution. Who services in warranty is also not clear. No contact phone number of seller available. So how will warranty happen???

Very worst provider
I have bought laptop on 28 of dec 2023 and laptop enter button swich is not working and charger is defective I have raised a return request and till now no one came to pick up either charger or laptop and today upon so much follow up amazon agreed to refund the money.never buy from this seller
