The machine itself is good in all aspects.It comes with 2 cuffs which is one of the reasons I ordered it since I have fairly small arms (although not abnormal for my height and weight). The smaller cuff still takes up my whole upper arm and wraps around more than I think it should.That said, the machine does operate OK so no problems with that.

Why is it that when you visit the doctor's office to have your blood pressure checked, they take that moment to ask you every question they can think of? This has been proven to increase your blood pressure. My husband and I take larger cuffs since he works out seven days a week. However, when we go for check-ups, the staff inevitably uses the small cuff, which also raises our blood pressure.What I love about this particular blood pressure monitoring device is that it comes with two cuffs. Regardless of who is using it or the size of their arm, they are covered. Additionally, the dial is well-lit, making it easy to read regardless of age. You can use it either by plugging it in or using the battery power, and one of its key features is the ability to store your most recent blood pressure readings to keep track of where your pressure has been over the last month.I also appreciate the feature where you and your spouse can each have your own designated channel on the blood pressure devise, which allows you to track your blood pressure without disrupting your spouse's readings. Within just five minutes of opening the box, I was taking my first blood pressure reading. The only remotely difficult thing was programming mine and my husband's channels into the devise so that we could each track our individual blood pressure. I highly recommend this device.

What a waste of time and energy. I sent for this cuff because it has 2 size cuffs and arm sizes were provided. I can't find a small cuff anywhere, so I thought this would be next best choice. Wrong. Two of us working together could not figure out how to use it. The velcro seemed in the wrong place and the cuff could never be placed so velcro would stick. If it't that difficult to even set up, it would be much too difficult to use easily. It's been returned.

Needed an arm blood pressure machine with extra large cuff. This came with 2 sizes. Fits great and easy to use and set up.

I have had two bad readings so far - as well as the pumping issues - would not buy again
