Bought this product specifically because I do a lot of calisthenics, which means A LOT of pull-ups. Gloves were counterproductive to a strong false grip and calluses were causing significant pain. I'd read that this product would help...and it does! The callus pain is manageable and my false grip doesn't suffer. The chalk is a bit messy at first, but leaves little residue once dry. Washes easily off of both equipment and hands with a wipe and/or water.

My son attends a ninja warrior obstacle course after school and they have a dry chalk for the kids but it was messy and he needed to reapply very often. This liquid chalk is way better than the dry one. It is mess-free and last longer. It protects my son’s hand from blisters and now he has more grip in the monkey bars. The best part is that a small amount goes a long way.

Good product! but the cap did break off so it could be a little more high quality. The liquid chalk does help a lot with grip so I like using it when I'm doing something like deadlifts.

My daughter uses this for gymnastics. It works very well and helps her keep her grip.

Does exactly what it says it is supposed to. Easy to wipe off with paper towel and water if you’re mid-workout. Has a slightly weird smell when wet but goes away when dry for the most part.

I have used a liquid chalk product for about six years now. I go to a CrossFit gym daily and I find liquid chalk helps protect my hands when doing bar work on the rig. This is my third purchase of liquid chalk and third brand - and the third time is the charm! This liquid dries quickly, and helps the powered chalk really stick. Other brands either took a long time to dry, gummed up in the bottle, or required frequent reapplication. None of those minor issues with this product. I'll be buying more when I run out.
