Updated Review:I reached out to the company and they were very courteous and understanding. Apparently, I received a faulty cup with my original order because the company sent me a new cup and this one works wonderfully. It does not fit in my cup holder, but it does hold ice and keeps my drink cold. I have had ice and water in the new cup they sent me for nearly 24 hours. The ice is still there and the water is cold.I bought this cup not only because I loved the look of it, but I also believed the claims that it would keep drinks cold for 24 hours, that it was dishwasher safe, that the cup does not leak, and that it would fit in cup holders. I tested this cup for three months to see how it would hold up and perform, although I wish I would have returned it before the deadline. Here are my findings:*This cup absolutely does NOT keep drinks cold for 24 hours. After around 3 hours, the ice in this cup is almost completely melted. Don’t expect to leave this cup freshly filled with iced water on your bedside table and wake up the next morning to a cold sip or water because the water will be warm by the next morning. This is so disappointing because I love to fill up my cup with iced water and not have to worry about it getting warm before I can drink it.*As far is this being dishwasher safe, I have not tested this feature.*This cup does leak. This cup has accidentally tipped over and it is not leakproof as claimed.*This cup does not fit in all cup holders. I am very disappointed by this as well because I always keep a drink with me no matter where I go.It’s really a shame that this cup failed in so many areas because it was not exactly cheap. I will be contacting the seller to see if we can come to a resolution. I will update if anything comes of this. Hopefully, I just received a faulty cup.

I Love this thing, the only issue is that I lost the little silicone piece that goes in the lid that you stick the straw through. It got gross so I took it out to clean it, and I put it down to clean the rest of the lid, looked over to put it back in, and it was just gone. The makers may want to think about selling those pieces separately, because they'd make bank lol. It holds ice super well, with just a little sweating on the metal rim that meets the lid.

This mug was VERY hot 5 hours later! I don't know how a more expensive mug could be any better. It's agreat value for the price and I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMEND!!!

I bought this for a friend. Every time I see her, she tells me how much she loves it. And how it helps her remember to drink her water every day. She is a senior citizen. And used to forget to drink her water. Also, an artist so she loves the colors. It is very well made and does everything they say it will do.

Omg I do not do reviews very often! But I love this cup. I kid of like to collect cups but seriously I am in love with this mug! I drag it around everywhere I go. And definitely helps me drink my water!Highly recommend!

Great size. Fits in car cup holder. Isn’t too heavy when full. Love the color. Highly recommend.

I ordered the orange, charcoal and blue. All three are great. Holds 40 oz. So far using it for colddrinks, however, I anticipate using it for coffee for road trips.I like it.

I replaced an old cup with this one. It says it keeps ice for 24 hrs. I have not found that to be accurate. It does keep things cold but my ice melted within a few hours and I was in my house. Still happy with the product.
