Excellent insulation and tight fitting top
I bought a Lungogo cup over two years ago but it is not available anymore. This Chancci cup is virtually identical but with a rubber section for better gripping. Both brands are excellent and the best cups I have bought. I like my coffee hot and this keeps it hot for at least two hours. The lid screws on tight and if the middle part of the lid is pushed down correctly, it is spill proof. What amazes me is how much coffee I can get into the cup. Somehow the lid and the cup go together so that the cup can be full and the lid still screws on without spilling (keep the sip part open to allow air to leave). Super cup.!

THIS is a travel cup.
This is absolutely the best coffee mug I have ever bought.It does not leak, I filled it with hot coffee and cream. When I shook it not a drop of coffee came out. Fits perfectly in car cup holder. Keeps coffee hot for a couple of hours and warm to hot for another 3-4hours .Looks good , I already purchased another one and I'll be getting more.

No messy leaks. My favorite coffee mug. I bought 3 more!
This mug's closure system is the best I have ever seen. I can close it to keep it from spilling. When locked, it gets no spills when tipping it upside down. It keeps my cold drinks cold all day long. Coffee takes a long time to cool down and is a great drinking temp for hours. I used to like Trudeau cups, but these are much better and less expensive than many other cups. I put ice in one to see how long for it all to melt. It took 8 hours.

Perfect travel cup for me!
What I love - the screw on top, the solid cap closure to avoid spills, the textured surface so it’s not slippery, the size, the appearance. Plus, it’s easy to hand wash. The only adjustment has been not to overfill, as the wonderful top screws into the cup further than push-on lids do. I think it’s time to donate others I have - this is the one I’m going to use. 7/1 update: after 6 months of use, I still adore this! Just ordered a second. Went with white again - easier to see where the nooks and crannies need cleaning 😊

Big Nope
Bad bad bad design. In order to drink from this travel mug, you must tilt your head way far back. Otherwise you will be smashing your nose against the lid complete with a sharp pointy thing jabbing you at the very tip of your nose. My particular nose is a small little Irish nose in case you’re wondering if that’s the problem. Nope. It’s poorly designed. Also, it is NOT double wall insulated and does not keep coffee hot very long. But my big issue is that I can’t use it while I’m driving because I wouldn’t be able to see the road with my head tilted back.

Spill-proof as advertised and keeps beverages hot
This cup keeps beverages hot and is spill proof as advertised. I just use it for coffee. The only thing I don't like is the plastic threads on the lid. At times, it can be difficult screwing the lid on or off, especially off. I've learned to not tighten the lid so much and you have to release the pressure before unscrewing. My previous cup had metal threads and was much easier in this respect. But overall a good cup and worth the money.

Totally leak-proof
No clever hard-to-clean popup seal or anything, keeps things hot. I put a Starbucks in this, throw it in my bag, and it's still hot on the plane where I'm always struggling to not spill my usual take-out coffee. Also looks great and feels really solid.

Worst quality, leaks and spills
Buy this only if you want to spend over 600 bucks and use the product for 3 weeks only. That’s the life of this product truly. It spilled and leaked everywhere in my car.I made a mistake buying it

Great mug, best I've ever brought.
I love everything about this mug.I brought the brown and absolutely love the colour. Perfect fit for cup holders, easy to grip with a snap lock lid! Cleand well in the dishwasher.Coffee stays hot for a few hours app 3hrs.Great mug for the price will definitely order another and happy to recommend to family and friends. 🙂
