This is BY FAR one of the BEST purchases I made this year. First, I used to struggle with cleaning my hair out of the previous bath mats. And when it’s wet, it tends to get messy. But for this bath mat, cleaning is SUPER EASY and stress-free.Second, the mat absorbs water very quickly. It literally dries in no time. It is also non-slippery. No more worrying about tripping over when getting out of the shower.Third, the color looks GREAT. BUT it’s also very durable. I got mine about a month ago and it looks brand new.Very happy with this product. Will only using this type of stone bath mat from now on.

I bought this bath mat without very high expectations, but it has pleasantly surprised me. First off, it looks great in my bathroom. It adds a modern touch that I adore. But the real magic happens when you step on it after a shower. It's like it drinks up the moisture instantly. No more wet feet or unpleasant odors. Plus, I'm thrilled that it's eco-friendly and saves water and detergent. It's a small change that makes a big difference. I'm genuinely impressed with this bath mat, and it's become an essential part of my daily routine.

It looks really good as a dish dryer but we noticed it gives our dry dishes a pretty strong chemical smell …... Im not sure if it is the plastic on the bottom or what but we use it as a floor mat instead now.

This truly does dry quickly and feels great after getting out of the shower. My only complaint is that it’s hard to keep clean in between the lines because dirt and hair gets stuck in between. I may purchase a stone bath mat that doesn’t have grooves in between next time. Overall though, I’m happy I bought this!

Full disclosure, I received a smaller size of this same stone mat to test and review for Amazon and loved it so much I moved the smaller one to my master bathroom and then ordered a larger one for my laminate floor to my pool cage. Living in Florida, we spend most of our time in our outdoor living spaces, which means living barefoot and coming from the pool into the home and back out again. I have used a variety of different water absorbing rugs/mats but none of them had the decorative look I wanted for the inside of my home. It is a heavy piece and comes with a non-slip matt to use under it. This not only keeps it from sliding but it protects hardwood or laminate flooring. I gave it a water workout with lightly wet to soaking wet feet and let me tell you, it absorbs the water quickly that I can step from the stone mat and onto the laminate flooring immediately without worrying about wet feet throughout the house.

ITS A NO. When I came across this product, I loved it because it looks so luxurious and I love the idea of a stone bathmat, but when I got the package I opened it and immediately I smelled piss. I just thought OK well someones cat peed on the mat and they returned it, (because the box was beat up too) so I decided to keep the mat and soak it in the sun and bleach for TWO days so the smell to come out and the smell didn’t come out. So I decided to return it and they immediately replaced it and when the replacement came and as soon as I opened the box, it smelled like the same THING so now I know it’s not cat piss. It’s just how the product SMELLED.And the smell stain my bathroom it stained my hands and it stained my clothes and I don’t know how they made this mat but this is definitely not Eco-friendly if a horrid smell like this is lingering for so long on other surfaces.

I had been interested in a stone bathmat and tried one that was more like a rubber mouse pad that was embedded with diatomite and I thought it worked well but it would stain and I couldn't' clean the stain out.This product is solid, it comes rolled up with strips of diatomite stone which is easy to unroll and with the included non-slip mat, it stays put.The mat absorbs water well, and so far, cleaning is easy!If there is a stain, I think all it would take is some sanding.

First thoughts are is this is relatively small in regards to a normal sized bath mat, which is likely one reason for the main problem. Any water that falls on the stone pieces is absorbed like designed, but any that falls between them (into the plastic backing) is then channeled to the edge of the mat where it runs onto the floor, then goes under the mat and is absorbed by the non-slip mat. So while the mat itself might be antimicrobial and dry quickly, the non-slip mat underneath definitely won't be and won't dry unless you're hanging this up after every use. After one use the non-slip mat was soaked as well as the floor underneath.
