Delicious!
Pleasantly surprised by how much I like this tea. I usually do not love Shu Pu’er, but the slight citrus flavor is just so nice. It adds a gentle sweetness and aromatic component.

Delicious
I love tea.As a kid, there was a Chinese restaurant up the street that we would eat at often. I would drink severely pots of tea over the meal, it was so good. This tea tastes like the tea I had in childhood. I'm thrilled!I only made one cup so far and I used a tea ball as the mandarin shells are broken in several of these. I put the tea ball in a plastic bag in the fridge overnight so I can brew another cup or cups from the one tea shell. I like strong tea so I likely won't get 10 brews out of one shell, but even if I get 4-5 out of one, it's worth the price.

Gongfu Style
Of the teas I've tasted off of Amazon, this is by far the best. It produced a huge range of flavors and scents (black pepper, herbal, earthy (not dusty though), floral, funky (not fishy)). It kept producing strong flavor through 8 steeps. The reason I don't give it a five is because none of the flavor pairings were particularly appealing to me, but I would recommend giving this a shot for the price.

Bad quality puerh
The puerh leaves in the orange crumbled and were clogging my strainer badly with tea dust, leaving the tea tasting like black pepper instead of puerh and citrus like it should have

Excellent value!
I picked up this tea to start learning the gongfu style of brewing and was not disappointed.Brewing suggestions:100 - 120 ml of waterWash: Start with a quick steep (10-15 seconds) and pour off the first steep into the sink or over your favorite tea pet. The goal of the wash is to open up the tea leaves and is not traditionally drank.Brewing: 205 - 212 F (96 - 100 C) for 5-10 seconds. Pour into a large teacup or fairness cup (a small pitcher). The first steep might smell a bit fishy, but this flavor disappears after the second steep. This is high quality tea and can be re-steeped up to 15 times. Enjoy the way the flavor evolves over several re-steeps. I keep one of these oranges at work and re-steep it throughout my work day. I sometimes steep it up to 15 or 20 seconds for a strong serving.Cold-brew: After you have enjoyed several steeps of hot tea, don't throw out the orange! Instead, stick it in a glass bottle and cover it in room temperature water. Let it sit in the fridge overnight (or a couple of days) and enjoy fresh cold-brew in the morning!

Delicious tea!
I just got into tea as a hobby. I originally got a sample box and my favorite was the orange tea like these. I wanted to get more and these did not disappoint. The earlier steeps are more earthy than citrus however later it really comes through.

Not my cup of tea
After receiving this tea, I invited a tea lover friend of mine over for a tea tasting and both she and I didn't think much of this tea. It was quite bland and had no pleasant flavor to it whatsoever. I did find the citrus rind used as a pouch for the tea leaves was quite clever and innovative. However, the lack of flavor makes this an anticlimactic experience. I'll save it for a time when I'm out of all other teas before I would give this another try.
