They are stickers that you have to apply. I thought you were able to slide them in and out to change out the phrase. It still works well, however I wish you could interchange the phrases.

2.5 out of 5... It looks great if you are happy with the default green and red rectangles. Those are shiny with a protective coating. But if you choose to use the verbiage stickers, beware they are somewhat imperfect. They don't cover the originals exactly, so that looks slightly odd. Plus, the sticker material seems cheap, damageable, and is difficult to apply without air bubbles.

The product didn't come with instructions, the magnet was glued to a plastic frame when the info says its supposed to be a metal frame and none glued. Also theirs already a blank piece of red and green paper glued to the plastic window making the product completely useless. I would not recommend this product to anyone else.
