Great for a big hairy Labrador. Found it almost impossible to remove hairs from her last fabric bed. This is great, vacuum them out with ease, and wipes over with a damp cloth.Only concern is the underside is made of that paper like fabric. Not sure how durable that will be. Bought a large size and it is very roomy even with a very large lab in it. But she loves to spread out and uses the cushioned surround as a pillow.

Very good quality and fast delivery from Germany.With a Labrador who sheds like a mofo, it was very difficult to get her hair out of her old fabric bed - the hairs would pierce the fabric and no matter how much I vacuumed it, sticky rollered it, rubber sponged it etc. it would still clog my washing machine up every time I washed it.The faux leather on this is a godsend. Just a quick vacuum and wipe over with a pet friendly disinfectant spray and it's as good as new and takes me 5 minutes. And I don't end up covered in dog hair.It seems very comfortable, the 105 x 80 size is plenty big enough for her to stretch out in.The only down side is that there is a zip on the bottom which has scratched my wooden floor slightly, so have had to put a mat underneath to protect it.

This new dog bed has just arrived. It is for my alsatian dog who has short dense hair that gets everywhere. His previous fleecy beds are just horrendously hairy and I can see this one will be easy to clean, which was my goal, hopefully will keep the hair level under control. The new dog bed looks good. In fact my husband opened the box and thought I had ordered a mini sofa for our granddaughters room and asked me why I didn't order a nicer colour! The dog hasn't lay down on it yet. It's quite bouncy and he didn't like this but I guess this will flatten a bit. Size is good for a mature alsatian. It looks quite sturdy. He has never chewed his beds and I can't imagine he will try to chew this, might scratch a bit with claws but don't know yet.

Can't fault this dog bed. Looks good, easy to keep clean and very durable. Would recommend.

After much researching of dog beds, I bought 2 of these and am very pleased with them. They are quite sytlish for a dog bed and match our furniture well. They are very sturdy and quite heavy - in a good way. Very well made, would definitely recommend. Unfortunately, our youngest dog has made his mark on them and nibbled the edge of both beds. At least we know where to get a decent bed from now - the older dogs love them..

This bed is let down by the weakness of the fabric where the dog lies. Dogs naturally want to move the stuffing around to get comfortable. My dog does not chew or scratch. This was torn on the first night. It's still in use 6 months later but significantly patched with duct tape. If it were not for this, it would be a very good bed.
