Orthotic Insole, Weak, Fallen Arches, Plantar Fasciitis, Flat feet, Arch Support, Knee, Bunion Back Hip Pain Relief, Body and Base Ltd TM

This is by far the best thing I've bought for my fallen arches/lump on inner side of foot. It's a lot more comfortable, easier to use and wear. I'm noticing I've suffering from less aches and pains. Not just in my foot but up my level and to my lower back. I hope this continues. I have found with other products that the results turn out to be minimal or temporary, so I look for alternatives. But so far, so good!

I have flat feet and I ware dr martens all the time so over the years this has caused me to get terrible knee pain in my left knee and was recommend by the physio to get foot arches so I thought I'd give these a go......... I've only tried them once but I could instantly feel the difference there felt to be a lot less pressure on my knee when I walked and went up and down stairs.... there not uncomfortable by any means but they will take me a minute to get used to.... I'll continue to ware them and see how I go and I might purchase a few more pairs!

Great idea and was optimistic that these would alleviate the pain in my left heel. However after 7 hours standing there is no support left! It's squished flat. Dissapointed as these would have been great instead of using endless pairs of insoles and support socks. Would not recommend!

These really help my feet and don't crowd my toes. I like to have extra pairs so I don't have to move them from one pair to another - problem is my daughter finds they help her feet and arches too and she pinches them from me!

I bought these for fallen arches. I am a size 6-6.5 and bought both sizes 4-6.5 and 6.5 to 8. In terms of size within the shoe they were fairly similar however the larger pair had a higher arch on the orthotic. An all round good purchase.

I suffer from over probation and these insoles have helped so much. I like them because you can wear them with shoes, boots and bare footed too, unlike my other insoles which are stuck inside shoes. I bought 2 pairs so I can wash one pair and wear another pair.

I've suffers with fallen arch for a long time now and without the support from these I wouldn't be able to carry on in my daily life without being in a lot of pain these def helped to reduce the pain and make it manageable especially when I am at work and on my feet constantly wouldn't be without these
