Easy to install and works great. What an easy fix and didn’t have to invest in a new oven or a pricey repairman

failed in six months
These igniters are essential to the operation of a gas oven. My oven has three such igniters. two of which have lasted sixteen years. I had to replace one last June and the new one failed in December. The part is not all that expensive but the removal and installation of the igniters is difficult and time consuming. Such a part should last for several years but there is no warrantee and only a short return period. Such parts have a small probability of premature failure and the supplier should be willing to replace them.

this is our 3rd one in 2 years ... works exactly as described -- not much else to say ... it is what it is .. make sure you buy a spare ...

This fixed the oven not getting to temp!!!
The stove senses the amp draw of this ignitor, so if it starts to go bad it causes the over to take forever to heat up. If you're having trouble with you're samsung oven taking to long to heat, this should be the fix!!

It fits!
This ignitor fit just fine and saved us a big repair bill. I do suggest getting someone who knows a bit about what they are doing to install it. Or simply study the youtube videos of people doing it themselves. Do not take out the bottom pan under the original ignitor! It is not necessary and is a pain to pur back in!

Bad Product or Dud
After replacing my ignitor in my Samsung oven with this one it worked fine for a few times. Then after a couple of weeks it worked intermittently. After that, the circuit breaker constantly trips in my main panel when using the oven. As soon as I swapped it back with a OEM Samsung ignitor everything works fine again.
