This device does work but it does not eradicate pest it does however dumb's down their activity and protects the wiring system etc. It is essential to use good quality poison and if possible find where they are entering from. It is usually from the sewer.

This product works great. We were hearing weird scraping below the floorboard from what sounded like a singular rodent. Upon turning this thing on, it was gone the same day. Maybe we got lucky I don’t know but nothing has returned since. Great product.

Seems to be effective and does not bother the bloody cats!

Item is housed in my living room. Moths, midges, and flies have appeared in the room despite the repeller being switched on permenently upon day of receipt. Oh look! I've just spotted a ladybird and a spider. What that seems to suggest is the repeller doesn't work. Maybe it does. No sign of any mice or rats. My rating for this product is 3 stars out of 5 (or 2 and a half if halves were allowed).

I bought this hoping that mice would be no more in my house. WRONG! The evening it arrived I plugged it in straight away (within 1 metre of their activity) and thought my problem had been solved. The following day and the day after the evidence (droppings) of their presence was still there. Unfortunately this has not worked for me and has been a total waste of money. Hopefully it might work on the ants in the summer!

I bought this to replace a similar unit I'd had for many years as it was looking past its best.It seemed to be more difficult to find a dual unit (Insect and rodent) than it had previously but there are a reasonable selection.I use them as a deterrent rather than for a specific problem so cannot comment on how long it takes to clear any such problems.The reason I say to consider where you intend to use the unit is because the blue light is continually flashing and it is bright, so a bedroom would definitely not be a choice for me. However I have mine in the hall and if there were such a thing as a pulsing night light, this is it. Two products in one! The green light comes on intermittently and is not quite as bright.All in all happy with the purchase.

I feel the product does have an effect on the insects, however the lights are way too bright. The lights themselves serves no purpose to the insects, and only blinds humans and disturb sleep at night, tried to put 3 layers of tape over the lights but the plastic box of the device is rather thin, meaning that the whole box emits blinking light?!!

We seemed to have an invasion of mice a few months ago and after buying this and laying traps we caught 5 in a week and found one dead under the bath ( during a recent refurbishment) . So in all we got 6 mice and have seen or heard nothing for months. We still have the traps out and all access holes have been blocked. I’m not sure how this works but it might just disorientate them and so get caught in the traps. I’ve noticed that we don’t have as many spiders as we used to have.
