I have been trying to look for less expensive alternatives to my Patagonia hiking pants for light hikes and daily wear and I think these are the ones for me in the hot and humid summer weather here in Hong Kong.The material used may not be as sturdy as those in a Patagonia; these are actually even nicer to wear in the sense of being cooler and lighter than Patagonias. Basically the opposit to Montane's Terra Pants. I have since bought a second pair in a different color. Will buy a couple more pairs later.The only minor point is that there is no left back pocket. Not a big matter with a backpack during a hike but it would be nice to have for daily wear.

I have owned these pants for two months, and purchased another paid, today. The spandex material is comfortable and elastic when needed. They look really good and professional. Did not expect them to fit so well. The zippper's work great . The pants are water resistant as advertised.

The pants actually repel water very well, and the water beaded right up. The fit is good for me I am 6 ft 2 196 lbs I got a 34 the length is perfect right on top of my foot and I'm not walking on them. The waste seems not a true 34 but with the elastic waste it fits comfortably and don't need a belt as long as not much weight in my pockets. Plenty of room in the thighs for me and comfortably to move around. My cons are the pockets. The lower front pockets I wish were more on the side and not so far in front but does allow easy access. The upper front pockets are not deep enough. And why skimp on the back pocket ? There should be two and if only one I would prefer it on the left not the right. Overall so far so good we will see how they hold up a week of camping

To start they look really good and professional. I bought them for work but since bought more for other activities. They are extremely comfortable and great construction. The zipppers are great don't hand up and dont bust ope'n. Water restint as advertised even after several washes. I've gotten to the point this is my go to pants for everyday wear. Crazy glad i found them!!!

Light weight and very comfortable. Great casual and travel pants.

just went on a ride in the rain and my legs are completely dry I am cold its about 55 right now I may try and find some warmer rain pants. I think their on the baggy side but not to much at all and I think maybe its so you kinda wear different pant underneath? they would also be good for that because the waist has elastic in sections. they're thin but the material feels pretty strong and their comfortable enough to sleep in but their also supportive, the pockets are solid, not a squishy mesh (which I hate). their perfect I just want warmer ones.

Light weight is correct. A bit light for price.

I will be living in another country for a year and don't want to always have a 'fanny pack' to wear for the passport & other stuff. These pants have zippered pockets for all that stuff. It will be a hot climate and I don't know if I could find a cooler set of pants and they pack into nearly nothing in luggage.

Great pants but I have ordered them twice and each time I am sent the wrong size
