I did not feel this as much as I thought I would. It's really hard to tell if it made any difference in my diet. I dropped ketosis several times (my own fault) but did have a short, successful diet and lost a couple lbs. So maybe this did help. I didn't feel the caffeine as much as I thought I would and still had to drink my coffee.

This product destroyed my stomach to make sure of the con jack root and colon will give you cramps, pain, constipation, and could burp or come back up into sinuses. Disgusting.

I have been taking Biolife Slim through this summer. I started off at 199 at the beginning of June and got down to 176 by the end of August. I could tell that this product gave me energy, that raised my metabolism, during the day and I would take a second one mid-afternoon to get me home from the long drive. One the days that I would forget to take my second pill, it was quite noticeable. The same would go if I would take the second pill in the evening, as it directs you not to do, I would have a hard time falling asleep. I used this product along with a somewhat Keto diet. I would say that I am quite happy with the results.

I am someone who has always relied on supplements to help assist with my health, weight, and overall well-being.I have wanted to drop a few pounds and have been looking into a few different products online.I tried a few with little to no result at all so I still have been trying to find something that works well for me.When came across these, I liked the ingredients and what they had to say so I figured I would give them a try.I waited until I finished the entire bottle before leaving a review on here And feel that I can now give it a fair review.Overall, they are mediocre at best.The ingredients seemed fine, but they did very little as far as helping me lose any weight, as far as I can tell.Sometimes a supplement can give you a placebo effect, other times they can lose their effectiveness over time.For me, other than providing a small amount of energy, I really did not notice much of a difference at all.I had read some of the reviews that were promising, so maybe in my situation they just weren’t effective as they were for others.I’m giving a three stars which I find to be fair.There are definitely better supplements out there for you to try, both for weight loss and for energy.I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.

I’ve been taking one capsule in the morning right before my Keto coffee, in the midst of my intermittent fasting. These seemed to boost my energy as well as help curb my appetite, which was very helpful during my walking exercise workout that followed. I’ve tried a few of these types of products and I found that the particular combination of ingredients that this one contains worked well for me in my weight loss journey. Good value price for a 2-month supply, I highly recommend👍🏻

This did not work for me. It made me pee a lot and it made me nervous, but I didn't lose any weight taking it. It was easy enough to swallow, and I didn't have any other bad effects but it made me so nervous I felt like a motor mouth. I don't like that feeling so I quit taking it.

I am currently in a low carb diet so I can't tell 100% if these are working but I am losing weight especially in my mid-section. I will keep using them and hope to see more progress
