These packs are so much better than the ones you get in the Hospital! They have adhesive on the bottom so they stay in place, they get so much colder and last way longer! Yahoooo!

I was very disappointed! Especially when you’re getting ready for post partum care and these fail to do what they’re supposed to. You don’t have the time or the patience. Would not recommend these! There is never a “pop” or confirmation that they are activated, they stayed in liquid form and never solidified to an actual ice pack!

Bought these for post partum relief and they do not get very cold at all. You are better off saving yourself the money and making diaper ice packs for post partum
