This is an ok product, it does what it says but the materials aren’t the highest quality, definitely cheap feeling. I have a different one that costs about the same and has a much more premium feel to it

Great support
I'd been suffering with sciatica for about six weeks and the pain made it very difficult to get about. I was getting cabin fever of not being able to go out as walking was painful. This belt gives good support and walking was made easier. I like that the belt can be tightened or loosened for the best comfort. I wear it when I go out for a walk as otherwise i can't walk up straight without it for any length of time. I would recommend.

Very comfortable to wear
I bought this support to use on my holidays as there was a lot of walking involved .So pleased I took it with me ,it gave me great support
