Perfect companion on road rides
This compact mirror tucks away nicely when my bike is being stored or when I want to be aero. Most of the time, though, I keep it down so that I can see cars or other cyclists approaching. I use it in conjunction with my Garmin Varia, but you do need to do a visual check no matter what before turning to make sure that a car is not coming. You can't see riders until they are nearly upon you, but once they are you can confirm that feeling that someone is sucking your wheel without turning back to look.

Too fragile for use
Used these mirrors on two different bicycles and they broke off on first use. Extremely thin, fragile plastic does not work for cycling. Too bad, I liked the fact that they folded up and out of the way for transport.

Great idea, but didn't fit for me
These are a great idea and love the way they close and snap tight for when you are transporting the bike. I have handle bar pegs and the extra piece of plastic on these kept them from fitting properly.Otherwise neat idea!

these are so cool! and they work!
okay, it seems like these guys are small for mirrors but the convex curvature makes it work nicely. good vision behind and nicely placed at the end of the handlebar. note that this wont fit larger handlebars.i got this because i have a foldable ebike. when folding, anything that sticks out can get caught when putting it in the back of the car. these work perfectly as they fold almost completely into the handlebar.buying another set for the other bike. very recommended

Good buy
I had a 2" mirror and broke it. This small but VERY easy to mount and setup. Because I put my bike in the trunk of my car I can EASY open and close the mirror for storage and open it up again the next day of use.

Very small mirrors but serves a purpose
These mirrors are very little, but that's their intended design. It's really just to see if there's any motion or movement behind you and not for picking up great detail.

This is for drop bars and did not fit my mountain bike bar
The description for this item says that it can be used for the bar end of a mountain bike, but this was too narrow for use with my bar. So, I am going to review this as though I was able to attach it even though I was unable to do so. This is a compact mirror which is something I was looking for since the larger mirror I have been using projects away from the bike that i have hit it against stationary items and worry that other trail users might get too close and make contact. I really like that this mirror can be closed and clicks in place when closed providing an auditory click and snap to reinforce that it is closed. Re-opening once closed is easy enough with a small tab making it easy. The small size of the mirror is the only part that detracts its usefulness since it is a bit more difficult to fully take in what is going on behind me at a glance, but it is useful for making out shapes and movement which is just as useful at times.

Not fabulous, but good for designed purpose
These mirrors are good for a confident rider who just wants to know if there's a vehicle coming up close behind. They are very small. Unless you have incredibly good eye sight, you're not going to be studying model names, counting how many people are in those vehicles, or even spotting them way behind you - you're just going to know if there's a vehicle coming up close behind you. One advantage of these mirrors is that they are so small, and that they fold in so you have nothing sticking out from your bars when riding in tight spaces or storing your bike. One disadvantage is that they will need a little adjustment every time you ride and even during your ride - they are not rock solid. If you're a nervous rider who likes to see cars clearly way behind you, these are not going to make you happy. If you're good with tiny mirrors like the kind that mount on your eyeglasses, you will probably like these.

Is it a little small?
It's compact and cool, but the mirror surface is a little small.
